A New Life With Christ

Welcome to your walk with Christ, a new walk in life. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

(2 Corinthians 5:17)

The Bible has and still is the most popular book ever distributed to this date. The bible contains 66 books and was written by over 40 authors. The Bible has 17 historical books in the Old Testament from Genesis through to Esther. There are 5 Poetical books in the Old Testament from Job through to Solomon and there are 17 prophetic books from Isaiah to Malachi.

The New Testament has four Gospels, these are actual accounts made of the time Christ was here living and teaching on earth. The Gospels are Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Acts along with the Gospel of Luke make up a two part account of the life of Christ. The first which is Luke tells how Christ fulfilled His plan for us as sinners through His life, death and resurrection. Acts continues with the life and accounts of Christians and Christianity in the 1st century after Christ's Ascension to Heaven. There are the 21 Epistles which are letters to the Church and then Revelation which speaks of the return of Jesus as King and Judge .

It is our Spiritual obligation as new believers and matured believers of Christ, doers of His Word, to saturate our minds with examples that are offered in the Bible. These examples are from individuals that lived and experienced life in ways that we can relate to in these days. Reading and meditating on the Word will bring a divine understanding from God. This understanding of the Word will become deeper as you mature in your New Life With Christ.
