Trick or Treat

What do you wake up with on your mind? The Lord speaks to us with various messages to start our day. Today, I was awakened with this thought, “Don’t let the devil fool you, don’t let him change your mind!” That may sound familiar to some (the Gospel Truthettes), because you can likely find a song telling you that very thing.

On October 31st, many will put on costumes, go to parties, and for the children, go door to door looking for treats. Just as the Lord would have me to share the warning of “don’t let the devil fool you”, the Word of Jesus reminds us on this day and everyday that the very elect (you) are being targeted by those who would show signs and wonders (Mark 13:22). Remember that Jesus didn’t let the devil fool him to change his mind (Mattthew 4:1-11). He used the Word of God, so let us imitate Jesus’ example on this day and every day!

Love and Blessings,
